28 June Kathmandu:
Manchester United moved into the semi-finals with a 2-1 win over Norwich on Saturday.
United forward Odion Ighalo and Norwich midfielder Todd Cantwell scored with their respective sides’ first shots on target.
Captain Harry Maguire scored a late extra-time goal. His goal secured Manchester united’s place in the FA-Cups semi-finals with a 2-1 victory over Norwich.
Norwich took the contest to extra time despite seeing Timm Klose receive a straight red card in the 89th minute.
Though the game was about to be decided by penalties, Maguire popped up in the 118th minute.
United, who won their 12th and most recent FA Cup in 2016, remain on course to reach the final for the second time in three years.
“I’m delighted to be in the last four. Many of these players did not play the last game and now have 90 or 120 minutes in their legs,” Solskjaer said.
