It is important for everyone to know how to wear a mask that can protect them from viruses. We have to accept the fact that we will have to wear a mask for a longer time and it is not going away. It will now be used as our daily necessity accessories. Some of you feel irritated wearing it, some might feel breathing problems, and some might feel it difficult while speaking.
There have been mistakes in using the mask. We have seen many people wearing it a way that will not protect them. So, I am here to pin the mistakes that you shouldn’t make while wearing a mask.
Don’t expose or nose or mouth: As mask shouldn’t just cover your nostrils but also the bridge of your nose. You can also watch the following video to get a clear instruction.
Don’t wear a loose mask: Always make sure that when you wear a mask it gives you a good fit. Because wearing a loose or giant mask will only spill out of the edges when you speak. It should fit snugly on your face.
Don’t Wear a mask above your chin: your mask is above your chin, it can easily ride up higher while you are speaking, breathing, or even humming which isn’t good.
Don’t touch or adjust it frequently: If you frequently keep adjusting or touching, it can contaminate you with your hands or your hands with your mask. You can also end up rubbing any virus that may be on either your mask or your hands into your face.
Wearing a mask upside down: When you wear a surgical mask have pliable metal on the top that can bend around the bridge of your nose to create a tighter fit. This can help prevent you from fogging up your glasses when you exhale your hot breath. If your mask is upside down, this nose bridge wire or strip will be instead on your neck which will it useless.
So, if you want to protect yourself from the virus do follow the guidelines and wear a surgical and clean mask.
