Royal Enfield Scrambler 650 production model which will extend the Royal Enfield 650 family is nowhere as more powerful and improved on and off-road handling. It’s built by a customs house for a Royal Enfield dealership in the Baltic nation of Latvia. And only 10 of these Scramblers will be built and sold.
